Swoogo's quarterly maintenance dates for 2025 will fall on the following dates: March 2, May 4, August 3, and November 2. Maintenance windows are used for compliance, security, scaling, and architectural changes in our product that may have an impact on customer access. We strive to minimize actual downtime while reserving a window of time in which it may occur. For 2025, the maintenance windows will be 90 minutes long, starting at 0800 UTC on each scheduled date.

Monitoring - We have implemented a few fixes today to mitigate the impact of the cloud provider outage. We will keep this status page incident in Monitoring state until our team confirms that any upstream cloud provider issues which could potentially impact us have been resolved.
