Resolved - A platform framework upgrade changed how our application handled URL parsing and file uploads. This unintentionally disrupted how URLs and file paths were interpreted in certain flows, causing registrant SSO to fail and preventing some organizers from successfully updating SVG assets in Twig templates.

At 19:04 UTC, we initiated a rollback of the framework change, and by 19:25 UTC the rollback was complete, with registrant SSO and Twig SVG uploads functioning normally again.

Resolved - Our upstream cloud provider has resolved the issue and we are seeing recovery on the Swoogo platform and logging into Swoogo ID. We'll continue to monitor for any additional errors. Please contact our support team if you encounter any problems.

Monitoring - We are seeing signs of recovery in the upstream provider. We'll keep monitoring the situation.

Identified - We have identified that some users are unable to login into the platform. This seems to be an Internet wide issue that is affecting our upstream authentication provider.

We are engaging with them in trying to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
